Supporting Growth Through Collaboration

A tide pool containing rocks, seaweed, shells, and marine life such as a small green sea anemone and barnacles on a large rock, with water covering parts of the objects.

We believe meaningful growth happens through collaboration. By partnering with families, educators, and preschool programs, Tidepool provides practical guidance and individualized support that helps children thrive across home, school, and community settings.

Just as every tidepool is shaped by its environment, every child flourishes when surrounded by understanding, connection, and thoughtful support. When the people surrounding them work together, even small changes can create opportunities for remarkable growth.

Parent & Caregiver
Coaching

Every family is different, which is why coaching is tailored to your unique needs. Depending on your family's goals, services may include assessments, records review, home or community observations, individualized coaching sessions, practical strategies, and collaborative support. For families who would benefit from more comprehensive guidance, ongoing care coordination and case management services are also available.

IEP & 504 Collaboration

Educational collaboration is centered on building a strong partnership between families and schools. Services begin with a records review, student observation, and caregiver interview to develop a thorough understanding of your child's needs. From there, families may choose support with educational planning, meeting preparation, collaborative problem-solving, or advocacy during IEP and 504 meetings.

Preschool Program
Support

Supporting educators means supporting children. Preschool program services are designed to strengthen classrooms through collaborative coaching and practical, evidence-based strategies. Services may include observations, staff interviews, teacher and leadership coaching, professional development, behavior support planning, classroom environment recommendations, and resource referrals for families when additional support is needed.
